I recently had four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alex, and I can't say enough about my experience. As someone who has been anxious about dental visits for years, I finally decided to seek help, and I'm so glad I chose this practice. The sedation was fantastic, and I felt completely at ease throughout the procedure.
Dr. Alex, along with Becks and the rest of the team, truly made a difference for me. They were incredibly gentle and caring, ensuring I felt safe and comfortable at every step. Update: I have now completed my treatment. I was able to walk in and feel quite calm, but the team are very patient and kind. I had my crown and inlay fitted. I had nothing to worry about.

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. I chose to have sedation due to experiencing anxiety at my previous dentist. The atmosphere was very calm and caring, and the procedure was fully explained to me. My blood pressure, and heart rate was constantly monitored. I didn't feel anything at my visit and had no anxiety. I was quite sleepy for the rest of the day but have no pain after the dental procedure. I would recommend this for anyone with fear or anxiety.

Alex has been my dentist for over 8 years with 9 implants operations. I believe no-one can claim that her/his experience at the dentist is a pleasurable one. However, Alex is the best dentist I have ever had.
All the implants are working like natural teeth and have improved the quality of my life because I have a set of good 'working teeth' considering being at the age of 73.
The procedures were not as onerous and as painful as one thinks. The only uncomfortable part was the local anesthetic injections. If you follow Alex's instructions after the initial procedures, ie, taking painkillers for post surgery pain (I only needed them for one day as it was not that invasive at all) and keep up with mouth hygiene routines, there really is not much difference to other dental treatments. The implant in total will just take 6 to 8 weeks once you have the pre-surgery assessment.

I have just completed four months of treatment which included extractions, fillings, crowns and implants. Dr Alex came highly recommended from three trusted friends. I am (or should I say was) a highly nervous patient. I need not have worried, the entire practice is typified by reassurance, friendliness and pure competence. It’s a shame I did not discover this place ten years ago. I cannot praise this dental practice more highly and my heartfelt thanks go to the Dental Surgeon, the Dental Nurses, the Receptionists and the Hygienists - the whole is indeed greater than the individual parts, together they are a fabulous team.

I cannot thank Alex and Julie enough for everything they did with my procedure. I had left a badly damaged tooth for a long time which made the procedure quite complex. But the whole way through from consultation to the final fitting, they were so accommodating to all my needs. If something wasn’t quite right it would be corrected so everytime I left I had a smile I could be confident about.

I’ve just completed 10 upper laminated teeth with Alex. He made sure that I didn’t feel pain; he was gentle and used a high quality Lab to do his order. The results are incredible!

I saw the hygienist Claudia for the first time today. She explained everything she was going to do and did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Alex and his team have restored my smile! Having had various issues with my front tooth since breaking it many years ago and having various different repairs done to it over the years I eventually opted to have an implant consultation with confident smile dental practice after reading reviews of their work.
Alex was very detailed in his plan for my front implant. He broke things down for me and explained his plan whilst managing my expectations all the way. I felt very secure in the teams care when having my procedure where I was offered different options of how they were going to carry out my dental surgery. If you are scared of having you need not be as Alex is very gentle. I was offered regular check ups during my journey in which my opinion was also listened to and respected. 6 months later my teeth have never looked this good in nearly 25 years. I have a big, anxious, phobia of dentists. All the staff put me really at ease at all of my recent appointments, and were able to arrange sedation for me for 2 hours of a major procedure.
I am now able to show my teeth again when I smile, and have no more constant pain from broken teeth, and I remember nothing of the procedure after the sedation.
I would wholly recommend this practice for any dental work, especially if you have anxiety or phobia. They treat you so well and with so much care.

Dr Alex and his team were very helpful in advising me on what treatment options are best for me. Friendly and clean environment. I am quite sensitive teeth wise so dr Alex had to take extra care with me. I chose zirconia implant rather than titanium and am very happy with the way it looks and feels and I am pleased to have no metal in my mouth! I couldn’t find many other dentists who offer zirconia as an option.

Really love Confident Smile dental practice. The staff are so nice and the dentists are amazing. I went to have two fillings in my front teeth and the dentist went over and above and smoothed and shaped my bottom incisors as well and made me a retainer to protect my teeth in the future. I highly recommend these lovely people. I left with a beautiful smile just as their name suggested.
